These can be booked separately or together as a family stay. 23 SouS is ideally located to discover the city on foot and by bike. Also, 23 SouS is suitable for a family with children and business travelers. Especially in this part of the center there are many family activities to do with children within walking distance, such as the zoo and an unique outdoor public swimming place. We can arrange facilities for children on request. For business travelers, conference locations are easily accessible from 23 SouS. The rooms have facilities for a work-related stay. 23 SouS is easily accessible on foot, by car and by public transport.

We started in 2018 and would like to offer you an unforgettable stay. Our backgrounds are industrial designer and art historian. In this way we combine and express our affinity with architecture, art, design, comfort and sustainability. We have furnished our house based on these principles.
